Baked Proats
I eat protein oats almost every single day (learn how to make them in my protein guide, found here). They’re the perfect breakfast: protein-packed, voluminous, and can be customized to taste. So when I saw a recipe for baked oatmeal, I knew I had to try and bake my proats. I envisioned something similar to a cobbler, but ended up with a breakfast bar. Makes 16 servings. Approximate macros per serving : 9g protein, 11.3g carbs, 3.4g fat, 113 calories
Ingredients:
125g oats
25g granola (recipe coming soon)
275g egg whites
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
150g protein powder
105g white chocolate chips (I definitely used a heavy hand)
